Subsurface Technologies Inc. (STI) is a small business woman-owned environmental services contractor located in Westminister, Maryland Carroll County and is a Maryland Department of Transportation certified Minority Business Enterprise. STI provides environmental assessment and remediation services to both government and private sector clients. STI is capable of performing environmental restoration functions including environmental consultations and estimations. STI's health and safety services encompass asbestos surveys, compliance assessments, underground storage tank removal and installation, site health and safety plans, closure reports, decommissioning and decontamination support, and hazardous waste management.
