Ms. Runfola has 28 years experience generating architectural drawings using AutoCAD^®, 13 years experience in fieldwork conducting comprehensive asbestos inspections. She is certified as a radiation worker and is certified and licensed to conduct lead paint inspections, she is licensed through the State of Maryland as a certified tank technician. Ms. Runfola has performed comprehensive asbestos inspections for the Department of the Navy, Syracuse University, the National Institutes of Health, and the Naval Medical Center. She has created CAD drawings for numerous embassies around the world, Sprint, AT&T, and numerous commercial facilities.

Mr. Gereny is a highly qualified remediation specialist and construction manager with 32 years of direct experience in environmental consulting and remediation. Mr. Gereny has participated and directed major, multi-million dollar projects. He is responsible for overall project and corporate management including resource management, subcontracting and profit/loss. He personally has been directly involved with hundreds of petroleum tank projects all in accordance with federal and state requirements. Mr. Gereny is highly experienced in UST/AST system design, installation, upgrade, removal, and closure. Sites, which he has been involved with, include residential property of all types; commercial and retail facilities; federal, state, and local government facilities; and light, medium, and heavy industrial and manufacturing sites. Mr. Gereny directs and supervises environmental investigations at hazardous waste sites and petroleum-contaminated sites. He has designed, conducted, and supervised the performance of multi-media sampling of hazardous waste and contaminated sites. He designs, conducts, and supervises the installation of subsurface remediation systems for RCRA and CERCLA sites.

Mr. Oates is a construction management professional with 32 years experience in the petroleum and telecommunications (cellular) industries. He is focused on project logistics and sub-contractor coordination in dealing with high volume and quality oriented clientele. Mr. Oates has the ability to problem solve in both field and office situations. He manages government and residential projects dealing with UST and AST installation and removal. He has expertise in dealing with the delineation of soil and groundwater contamination from leaking and abandoned tanks, schedules and oversees sub-contractors and pre-construction mobilization and logistical support for large government contracts, and assists with bid preparation and site closure documentation.

Damien Linton has 21 years of experience in underground storage tank removals and underground storage tank installations. He has conducted hundreds of underground and aboveground storage tank installations and removals as well as numerous tank clearings. Mr. Linton installs piping, dispensers and associated materials for various gas station clients. He troubleshoots and repairs leaks in piping and dispensers. Mr. Linton coordinates with clients to recommend the best course of action for their particular project, which includes the most cost-effective alternative for the client. He communicates well with contractors, subcontractors and peers. Mr. Linton is able to resolve problems and maintain friendly 

Larry Brantley is a capable Project Manager and Estimator who has 39 years of construction experience in the construction industry.  He has extensive experience managing multiple construction projects.  With a successful background in planning, directing, and coordinating building activities he is more than able to not only meet but exceed project expectations.  Mr. Brantley has a great rapport both with clients and subcontractors.  His attention to detail brings projects to conclusion under budget and under schedule.
